Cancellation Policy:
Once orders placed can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Replacement Policy:
At Samplestore.co, replacements are only provided if the product received is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect.
Unboxing Video Required for Claims:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, an unboxing video recorded from the start of opening the package is mandatory for verification and claim purposes. Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are only provided if the customer receives an incorrect, leaked, or damaged product. To request a refund, customers must provide a proper unboxing video for verification purposes. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after inspection and approval of the claim.
In case of order cancellation before shipment, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
If an order is returned back to us under any circumstances, the refund will only be processed after the package is successfully received by our team. In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
